SPECIAL SEATING REQUIREMENT GUIDELINES FOR HEART-A-RAMA TICKET HOLDERS

If a Patron has limitations standing in line due to medical issues, they are welcome to enter the Community House via the handicapped entrance on 17th street.

There will be chairs in the hallway adjacent to the elevator where that Patron as well as one additional person can sit until shortly before doors open.

Approximately ten (10) minutes prior to doors opening to the public, Patrons who wish to sit in the designated special seating area (last table on the right side of the stage) may enter and be seated. They may also save seating on the opposite side of the table for any additional member(s) of their group. These Patrons will be escorted by a member of the House Committee.

Those Patrons who wish to sit in the general seating portion of the gym will wait in the main floor lobby near the elevator until their group comes through the ticket line and proceed into the hall with their group.
