Volunteering for Heart-A-Rama in 2026

Become a part of the community that makes Heart-A-Rama a local legend! We are looking for volunteers to help our 2026 production, “On Wisconsin Heart-A-Rama,” run smoothly. Whether you want to be in the middle of the action as a waiter or food server, keep the lines moving as a cashier or ticket taker, or ensure everyone has a snack as a popcorn filler, there is a spot for you. Your support behind the scenes helps us provide a night of laughs while raising vital funds for the American Heart Association and life-saving AEDs for Manitowoc County. Auditions for Heart-A-Rama 2026

Join us Wednesday, Feb. 11 @ 7pm or Sunday, Feb. 15 @ 1pm in the Behringer Room (lower level) of the Community House in downtown Two Rivers. You will LOVE the experience!

You must be at least 21 years old to audition. Those auditioning will be asked to read from a provided script and sing a brief song (“Happy Birthday” is acceptable!). Please bring a list of scheduling conflicts for March and April. Cast members must be available for all scheduled rehearsals, dress rehearsals, and performances.

Shows will be April 23-25 and April 30-May 2 at the J.E. Hamilton Community House in Two Rivers. This year’s theme is “On Wisconsin Heart-A-Rama” and will include skits and musical numbers that tie to the great state of Wisconsin, along with the Heart-A-Rama News, and music from the Heart-A-Rama Pit Boys.

Again, mark your calendars for Wednesday, Feb. 11 or Sunday, Feb. 15.  You only need to attend one audition date. See you then!

Heart-A-Rama 2025 Auditions

During this month of LOVE and HEARTS, how about giving the gift of laughs to those in need of them? “How can I do that?” you may ask. Well, join us for HEART-A-Rama auditions THIS SUNDAY, Feb. 16 @ 1:00 in the Behringer Room (lower level) of the Community House in downtown Two Rivers or WEDNESDAY, Feb. 19 @ 7:00 in the Koska Room (Senior Center) of the Community House. You will LOVE the experience!

Shows will be May 1-3 and May 8-10 at the J.E. Hamilton Community House in Two Rivers. This year’s theme is “Heart-A-Rama Loves the ’80s,” and will include skits and musical numbers that tie to the decade of the ’80s, along with the Heart-A-Rama News, and music from the Heart-A-Rama Pit Boys.

Again, mark your calendars for Sun, Feb. 16, or Wed, Feb. 19. You only need to attend one audition date. See you then!

Heart-A-Rama Show Time Change for 2024!

This year, Heart-A-Rama shows will begin one half hour earlier than in the past.

So, what does that mean for you?

  • Doors will open at 6:00 PM.
  • The Best Seat in the House auction will take place at 6:40 PM.
  • And, the show will start at 7:00 PM!
  • Don’t forget that seating is first come, first served, and food will be for sale from 6:00 – 6:40 PM.

Heart-A-Rama 2024 Auditions Coming Soon!

Auditions for Heart-A-Rama’s 52nd season will take place at 7 P.M. on Wednesday, Feb. 21 and 1:00 P.M. on Sunday, Feb. 25, in the Behringer Room at the Two Rivers Community House for anyone who is at least 21 years old. “Heart-A-Rama Goes to Space” is this year’s theme, and shows will be April 25-27 and May 2-4 at the J.E. Hamilton Community House in Two Rivers. This year’s show will include skits and musical numbers that tie to space, along with the Heart-A-Rama News, and music from the Heart-A-Rama Pit Boys.

Heart-A-Rama 2023 Success!

In 2023, Heart-A-Rama closed its 6-night run at the Hamilton Community House in Two Rivers, WI, with a big night, thanks to our audience and special guest.

After 51 seasons of home-spun humor, Heart-A-Rama was able to raise another $90,000 for the benefit of the American Heart Association of Wisconsin, and 7 non-profit organizations received automated electronic defibrillators (AEDs) paid for by Heart-A-Rama.

The last Saturday night performance of 2023 featured Wisconsin’s very own Charlie Berens as our Best Seat in The House Co-Auctioneer. It was a record-setting night when Heart-A-Rama collected almost $10,000, thanks to two bidders and a kind match from Berens. We are eternally grateful to all of our 2023 Best Seat in The House buyers and hope that they return in 2024.

We also want to sincerely thank each of our 2023 advertisers and partners because without them, we could not present our show each year. Advertising options include program, curtain, and wall hearts, and for 2024, Heart-A-Rama will also offer “partnership” options to help cover our productions costs.

Thank you to all who have supported and attended Heart-A-Rama over these many years. Your participation makes our event special to our volunteers because without you, we could not continue to get on the stage and act as silly as we do, while having the time of our lives!
